These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and D2D (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the D2D Data Analytics Dashboard website.

By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

02. AI & Natural Language Queries

Our platform utilizes proprietary and third-party AI models to facilitate Natural Language Queries. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• •Verification: AI-Powered Insights are for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before critical decisions.
• •Fair Use: You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer or "jailbreak" the query engine.

03. Connectivity & Data Sources

D2D acts as a bridge to your Multiple Data Sources. You maintain full ownership of your data. You grant D2D the necessary license to process said data to generate visualizations and reports.

04. Collaborative Reports

The platform allows for the creation of Collaborative Reports. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. D2D is not liable for data leakage resulting from user-managed permission errors.
